Our Return & Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are in EEA( European Economic Area) area you the right to return or replace your product within 14 days or completely cancel your contract with us. For all the other international consumers return shipping cost may apply. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

If you have received a defective product we apologize for that. You have the right to refund or replace it within the above mentioned time period. For further information on how to Return, Refund, or Replace your products, please read our Return Policy below. 

A: RFUND REQUIREMENTS 

The product must be sent back in the original package 

The product must not be opened, worn, washed and repacked. It must be unused

A picture taken of the faulty areas of the product

Product must not be damaged in any case 

B: DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS 

We truly apologize if you have received any defective items or products. We are here to help you sort  this problem out. Please, contact us by one of the followings: Contact us via Contact Form, Facebook, or Twitter.

If you would like us to process your refund ASAP, please write us quickly with the order confirmation number and product name which can be found in your order confirmation email. 

All returns would be inspected by our after sale team. If the above criteria in “A” aren’t met we have all the rights not to issue a refund. 

C: DIS YOUR REALLY BUY THE PRODUCT FROM US?

Would you like us to process your refund? Then, what we require from you is a receipt, purchase order number or other proof of purchase. In order for us to understand the problem well, we would also need to see a picture of the faulty parts of the product. Please note that without the proves of purchase, we will not issue a refund but since you are our priority and we care for our customers. We will offer you store credit. You can use it for your next purchase. 

D: CANCELING YOUR CONTRACT WITH US 

if you reside in EEA zone, you can cancel your contract under the consumer cancelation regulation within 14 days, starting from the day of receiving our product. E: WHAT ITEMS CAN NOT BE REFUNDED 

Items bought on sale or on special offers and prices are subject not be refunded. Since such items are already on sale, therefore we would like to avoid such hassles of refunds and returns. 

Items such as; jewelry, piercing items, women’s lingerie, or pajamas. 

F: FREE RETURNS- GERMAN CUSTOMERS ONLY 

Faizadanish offers FREE returns from customers in Germany. 

How can you return a Parcel or a Package? 

Simply, re-pack the product or item in its original package or another package but make sure you have the original labels and tags still attached. 

We had sent you a return label in the original package. Simply cover your address label with our return label and ship it back to us through the local post office. As a proof, keep the receipt given from the post office. It might be needed.

G: EEA AREA CUSTOMERS-OUTSIDE GERMANY 

If you are residing in another EEA Area, You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

H: INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS- OUTSIDE EEA

If you are our international customer outside EU (EEA ZONE), first of all we apologize for all the inconvenience. This is how you can return the product/item to us.

 Keep the postage receipt/paper given from the post office. It might be needed. 

If you would need a new label simply download it. Remember to add/write/put your order number from the order confirmation email on the new label. 

Note: For International customers outside of Germany, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

I: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MY MONEY TO APPEAR BACK IN MY ACCOUNT?

After we have received your returned package or parcel. We will check the product/item. If the product or item is not damaged in any way, if the item is in the same condition as we sent you at first. After our approval. The funds should appear on your bank statement within the next 7 days. Refund would be made back in form of Voucher or Store Credit if you had use your available Voucher or Store Credit to purchase a product.
